This policy explains how The HSM Tech (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit thehsmtech.com, contact us, or use our Smart Upgrade Finder.
Information we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, and your message.
- Smart Upgrade Finder: your quiz answers and the recommendation they produce. If you ask us to send your plan, we also collect the email address or WhatsApp number you provide, your first name (optional), whether you opted in to marketing messages, and the date and time of your request.
- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number and the messages you send.
- Usage data: anonymous statistics about how the site and the Smart Upgrade Finder are used (for example, how many people start or complete the quiz). These statistics do not include your contact details. Analytics cookies are only set if you allow them in our cookie settings.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- To send you the personalised action plan you requested, through the channel you chose.
- To follow up about your request or project.
- To send occasional tips and updates, only if you ticked the optional marketing box. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We keep enquiries and plan requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
